ARTIST CALL-OUT FORM
Participate in Sydney queer writers’ festival 2022
We are committed to celebrating emerging queer voices and stories and bringing them to the fore. EnQueer is opening a call-out of writers to submit their expression of interest to participate in the festival.
Successful writers will have the opportunity to showcase their work as well as contribute their ideas for events and conversations they wish to see and participate in.
We highly encourage submissions of participants who belong to sexualities, diverse genders and / or cultural backgrounds across Australia and internationally. In the submission process, we want to see examples of your work and how your ideas shape and reflect on what it means to be a queer writer or a writer of the queer experience.
If successful, we will work with you to see how you can part of the festival. This is your opportunity to share and showcase your creativity and passion!

Successful artists will be notified by end of August 2022. (now mid-September).
Program launch: 30 September 2022
Delivery will be in-person.
All successful artists will be remunerated for their participation. Unsuccessful submissions will receive discounted tickets and access to the festival.
